Award season is in full swing, and it would seem the best is yet to come. But for any of our Seattle area customers interested in what acclaim our new Audi models are generating, look no further than the 2018 "Best New Car" titles awarded by the Good Housekeeping Institute this year. Among the winners was the second generation Q7, which won in the "luxury mid-size SUV" category.

Ever since its recent redesign, the flagship four ringed SUV has added on an additional class-leading engine, and plenty of new fans. Now, the 2018 Q7 can be had with both a 252-hp TFSI inline-four with 4,400 lbs. maximum towing, or a 333-hp supercharged V6 with 7,700 lbs. max towing. But that isn't the reason it keeps winning our nearby Tacoma drivers' hearts and minds, and why it received this award!

In order to win, the Q7 had to emerge on top of 100 other vehicles, each driven over 3,000 miles on road and track alike to determine the top picks. Fortunately, long jaunts and stretches of time in the richly-appointed cabin are pleasant thanks to the flagship-level accommodations. From rich leathers, to quality wood and metal inlays, well-lit beneath a vast panoramic moon roof, the Q7 offers an unbeatable combination of aesthetic and craftsmanship. Add on the more tech-oriented ambient LED lighting, available Virtual Cockpit, and connected infotainment and WiFi hotspot features, and it's no wonder Good Housekeeping found it a tidy fit for the modern family!

Additionally, the Q7 makes the third Audi model to win a title from the institute in the past three years. In 2017, the ninth generation A4 won the luxury sedan title, where 2016's compact luxury honor went to the uncompromising A3.

Naturally, our conveniently-located Audi dealership in Fefe, WA carries all three in our inventory! Should you require more information about the award-winning luxury SUVs, sport sedans, and other models on our lot, don't hesitate to reach out by phone or live chat.
