Audi Q3

Since being introduced in 2015 in the US and 2012 in Europe, the Audi Q3, going into the last few year, has looked a little dated. For 2019, Audi knew they had to turn it up and upgrade their previously out of date Q3, so in 2019 they reworked the whole design, gave it a new powertrain and new tech, and going into 2020, Audi made minor tweaks to the Q3 besides the obvious upgrades to convenience, comfort, powertrain and so on.

The exterior of this year’s model is a tiny bit taller at 1.5in taller and longer at 3.8in which brings it closer to its sibling Q5 model specification wise. This also leaves room for the all electric Q4 which was introduced at the Geneva Motor Show in 2019. This year’s Q3 is more driver focused than ever with Audi having widened the cabin horizontally and the control are angled more toward the driver side. There are more standard features than ever before as well which includes a 10.25in digital control center, an 8.8in display system, heated seats, a panoramic sunroof and so on!

It is said that under the hood, we will get no changes to engine or transmission, and will continue to output 228HP and 258Lb-Ft of Torque,  Although they did fix their lack of automatic emergency braking by adding the Audi Pre-Sense Front. Although there is no official release date for the 2020 model, we expect to see it in early 2020 due to the late release of the 2019 model of the same name, and we are expecting around the same MSRP as our great 2019 model. The 2020 Audi Q3 will compete directly with the Lexus UX and the BMW X1! Here at Larson Audi of Tacoma in Fife, we will continue to update you with upcoming models and news regarding anything Audi so stat tuned!
